Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Virtusoul subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

Example: If you subscribe on March 10th and cancel on March 13th, you'll have access until April 10th (end of your billing period). You won't be charged for the next month, but you won't receive a refund for the unused days between March 13th and April 10th.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. This applies only to first-time subscribers and does not apply to renewals.
  • Service Failure: If we are unable to provision your instance due to technical issues on our end, you are eligible for a full refund of the affected billing period.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will refund the incorrect amount.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellation after the 7-day money-back guarantee period
  • Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
  • Issues caused by third-party VPS providers (Hetzner, OVH) beyond our control
  • User error or misconfiguration of deployed instances
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team through your account dashboard or via email. Include your account email, subscription details, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through Dodo Payments, our payment provider, and returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

6. Instance Data After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, your VPS instances will be terminated at the end of your billing period. We recommend backing up any important data before cancellation. Once instances are terminated, data cannot be recovered.

7. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate. We will send a reminder email before each renewal. You can disable auto-renewal in your account settings.

8. Failed Payments

If a subscription renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to three times over a 7-day period. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be cancelled and your instances will be terminated. You will receive email notifications before termination.

9. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price change takes effect. Price changes apply to renewals after the notice period.
